We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our online store customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience through effective communication, problem-solving and collaboration with internal and external partners.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and requests related to the online store via phone, email, and chat;
  • Processing customer returns and complaints;
  • Handling complex customer requests and notifications;
  • Cooperating with external stakeholders (e.g. shipping and logistics providers, payment service providers);
  • Providing support for all delivery-related inquiries received from online store customers;
  • Analyzing, supporting, and monitoring customer service processes.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a call center is considered an advantage;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to respond quickly and effectively to challenging situations;
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office package;
  • Knowledge of the English language.
